This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refund requests related to the internal audit quality assessment services provided by Audit Excellence. We strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services.

2. Nature of Service

Internal audit quality assessment services are digital services delivered electronically. Once a report is generated and issued, the service is considered complete. Due to the nature of digital services, please review the following refund terms carefully.

3. Full Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

  • Before Report Generation: If you request a refund before the draft report is generated, you will receive a full refund.
  • Technical Failure: If the report cannot be generated due to a technical issue on our platform.
  • Payment Error: In cases of duplicate payment or incorrect charge amount.

4. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be provided in the following cases:

  • After Draft, Before Final Issuance: A 50% refund if you are not satisfied with the report quality before final confirmation.
  • Incomplete Review: If the expert review is not completed within 5 business days (for Advanced and Comprehensive tiers).

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • After the final report has been issued and confirmed by the client.
  • Dissatisfaction with assessment results (results reflect the responses provided).
  • Failure to complete the assessment within 90 days of payment.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your assessment number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider and bank.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of misuse or fraud. In case of disputes, resolution will be governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
